Will I need an appointment to drop off things?
Yes. You must sign up for a drop off time and arrive at the beginning of your time slot. Please allow at least 30 minutes.
Do I have to pick up my items after the sale?
No. You can choose to donate all or some of your items. However, We CANNOT store your items after the sale. If you would like your unsold items returned, you MUST pick them up between 4:15 - 4:45 PM on Saturday, the designated pick up time. Any items that have not been picked up after the designated times become the property of Pa Kids Market and will be donated to a charity of our choice. Sorry, there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this as we must be out of the facility and cannot store your items.
By what time on Saturday do items have to be picked up?
Consignors must pick up any items they want back on the Saturday of the sale between 4:15 PM - 4:45PM. Doors will close at 4:45PM--- Sorry, No Exceptions! Any items left after 4:45PM on Saturday become the property of Pa Kids Market and will be donated to a charity of our choice on Saturday. We will NOT be calling to remind you to pick up your items. It is your responsibility to be there BEFORE 4:45 PM. We must be out of the facility at 5:00 PM.
Will Pa Kids Market provide a tax receipt of items I donated?
No, we do not have the capability to do this.
When will I receive payment for my sold items?
Checks will be mailed within 10 days of the close of the sale to the address on the self- addressed stamped envelope you provided at check-in. Please note a check not cashed within 30 days of issue will be cancelled and funds will revert back to Pa Kids Market.
Can I get my tags back?
No. Pa Kids Market does not keep the tags from the items sold at the sale.
Will you provide me with a list of items that sold?
Within 7 days after the sale, you will be able to go online to the consignor log-in page and view your sold inventory list.
What if I find that an item is missing?
We do our best to keep tabs on every item that comes through our doors. However, we cannot be held responsible for items lost before, during or after the sale. The best defense against theft and loss is volunteers. The more help we have on the floor, the less opportunity for theft.
Do I have to volunteer in order to consign?
No. You will still earn your consignor pre-sale privileges.
What will I receive in exchange for volunteering my time?
Volunteers who work 4-hour shift/shifts will earn the opportunity to shop early, a chance at winning a $50 worker incentive award, and up to 80% of their consignments. Click below to learn more about Volunteering.
